En cas de retour une étiquette de retour pré-payée peut facilement vous être expediée par mail ( vous n'avez plus qu'à l'imprimer) ou par courrier. Pour les présentoirs en plexiglas recouverts d'un film de protection bleu, vert ou transparent. Ils pourront vous être remboursés seulement si le film plastique n'a pas été retiré.
