Nature of the project: Create two steel supports for the new shop of the Reunion des Musées Nationaux on rue de Rivoli in Paris

Our partnership with the Réunion des Musées Nationaux continues this year with a slightly crazy project: creating black steel cages with encircled shelves for their first boutique project on rue de Rivoli in Paris.

Our first meeting allowed us to learn about the project for a boutique outside of a museum this time.

The theme is the circus and five universes have been created to match this theme.

Our intervention concerns the creation of six half-cages in black steel where reproductions of the bear by the sculptor Pompon will be positioned, as well as other animals inspired by this famous bear visible at the Musée d'Orsay.

Here are our half cages before they were installed in the shop on Rue de Rivoli. They are made of black-painted steel, and the spacing between the bars varies depending on the model, giving the impression that the animals are coming out of the cages.

At this stage the paints are not yet applied and it is difficult to see the final result.

And here's the final result: a remarkable display of our half-cages with small sculptures inside. The circus world is truly enhanced thanks to this bold and original boutique project.

The other request was to create a steel shelf surrounded by circles of different sizes.

Here are the shelves displayed in the pop-up store on Rue Rivoli. The result is more than impressive. Garlands were added to give the whole space a luminous look. The circular shelves support busts displaying, among other things, Anagold 's feather jewelry.

The pop-up store opens onto two streets, one on the Rivoli side and the other on the Francois Miron side.
